Offer of medical insurance schemes

As well as pension plans, the Group offers contributions in the form of benefits. To strengthen employee engagement and well-being, in various Group companies, local legislation has been integrated with preventive health and family support programs. In particular:

  • in the United States a procedure has been implemented to support and promote elderly care and paternity
  • in the UK, the company offers private medical insurance and vouchers aimed at supporting employees’ children;
  • in China, the panel of services offered for health coverage and for traveling staff has been expanded. In addition, benefits have been made available for sports and team building activities;
  • In Italy, the Welfare Plan envisages the provision of a contribution to benefits and services in the areas of health and prevention, training, culture and leisure.
